Welcome to KeebPilot. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website https://keebpilot.com (the “Site”) and your purchase of products from us. By accessing or using the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Site or make a purchase.
Products
KeebPilot offers mechanical keyboard switches, keycap sets, mechanical keyboards, and keyboard accessories for sale through our Site. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product at any time without prior notice.
Product images on the Site are for illustrative purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly in appearance, color, or packaging due to manufacturing variations, monitor display differences, or product revisions.

Orders

Shipping

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. International delivery times vary and are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, local delivery networks, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Returns and Refunds

Eligible non-defective products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. We do not charge a restocking fee for approved change-of-mind returns, though return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
